Maqasid Tarbiyah: Journal of Islamic Education and Human Flourishing is committed to the principles of open access scholarship. All articles published in the journal are made freely available to the global academic community immediately upon publication, without subscription, registration, or paywall.

This policy reflects our conviction that the wider, unrestricted dissemination of knowledge enhances the global exchange of ideas, supports educational equity, and advances scholarly inquiry in Islamic education and human flourishing.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
